The location is a bit remote, requiring a 30-minute tram ride to reach the city center. The breakfast felt a bit pricey, and I would love to see more vegan options available.

stayed in freshly renovated double room exactly like in the pictures. central heating, an electronic key card, and a television with satellite channels were available in the room.

I can't recommend highly enough the hotel. The property is clean, with amiable personal, and offers comfortable and marvellous location near to a transportation hub located very close by at Wiener Platz, public transport and a metro station and the city center of Cologne. The room is impressive and spacious exactly like in the pictures, everything is brand-new...

The room temperature control system was confusing!!! Cleanliness issues with the towels really need addressing!!! I also had accessibility challenges from the parking area to the lobby, requiring a hike around the hotel.

The access to the lobby from the parking area could use clearer instructions. I had to walk around the hotel to reach it.

Had a great stay! The bed was super comfy, and the breakfast spread was excellent. Only thing I'd mention is the room felt a bit small for two. A solid choice for my Cologne trip!

The room was very clean and nicely decorated. The hotel is in a neighborhood that's not very inviting.

The kids loved our room, and bringing our dogs along was easy. The breakfast was excellent, giving us energy to climb the 565 steps of the high-rise in Deutz for a lovely view.

My kids wished there were more play areas for them to enjoy.

The staff were super kind and attentive, and the whole place was super clean! It's in a great spot for cafes and restaurants, and just a short distance from the e-werk concert hall. I even found some amazing turkish food nearby.

I loved how the hotel was just a short 500-meter walk to the beautiful Rheinpark, perfect for a leisurely stroll, and convenient for exploring the iconic Cologne Cathedral, only about 4 km away. The clean and modern ambiance made my weekend city expeditions more fun.

The hotel is located just outside central Köln but has excellent transport links, making it easy to explore the city. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are exactly like in the pictures - clean, modern, and spacious. The breakfast buffet is amazing, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
